We manufacture both neutral and postive pressure fire-rated products. Our fire-rated doors and door frames are now available in just about every design and wood species that Stilewood offers, including knotty rustic applications.
The following is a summary of the Stilewood products that met Intertec’s strict inspection and testing process:
Wood Door Frame Products, 20-minute fire-rated standards:
• Used in single-door or paired-door applications
• Paired Door Frames up to 8’ high x 8’ wide for paired doors
• Single Door Frames up to 8’ high x 4’ wide
• Meet UBC 7-2-1994 Neutral Pressure, UBC 7-2-1997 and UL 10-C Positive Pressure testing standardsWood Stile and Rail Door Products, 20-minute fire-rated standards:
• Minimum of 1-3/4” thick and up to 2-5/8” thick.
• Single swing applications up to 42” wide x 96” high
• Pair swing applications up to 84” wide x 96” high
• Meet UBC 7-2-1994 Neutral Pressure and UBC 7-2-1997 Positive Pressure testing standardsWood Flush Doors, which meet 20-minute, 45-minute, 60-minute and 90-minute fire-rated standards:
• Minimum of 1-3/4” thick and up to 2-5/8” thick
• Single swing applications up to 48” wide x 96” high
• Pair swing applications up to 96” wide x 96” high
• Meet UBC 7-2-1994 Neutral Pressure and UBC 7-2-1997 Positive Pressure testing standards
